TENNESSEE-Servant of God Patrick Ryan- Chattanooga, TN
Fr. Ryan was the pastor of Sts. Peter and Paul in Chattanooga, TN from 1872-1878. He died in 1878 during the Yellow Fever outbreak. We can thank him for brining the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia (better known as the Nashville Dominicans) to Nashville. Visit the Basilica website to learn more about his cause.
